Refining Toner Item # 3901 (For normal to dry skin) 6.7oz/200ml		Ingredients: Water, Propylene Glycol, Cornflower Extract, Green Tea Extract, Avocado Oil, Orange Flower Extract, Euphrasia Officinalis Extract, Ivy Extract, Sweet Almond Extract, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Fragrance, FD&C Blue No.1.	Instructions: Dampen cotton ball with Refining Toner 1. Apply generously to your face & neck with upward & outward strokes. Repeat the process until cotton shows no trace of dirt or make-up. Avoid getting directly into eyes. Also use as a refreshing spritz. Lightly spray as a mist over the face. Follow with Enriching Moisturizer 1. Mild toning formula cleans away the final traces of normal-to–dry skin surface impurities & residual cleanser, as it soothes & refreshes.
